How to live a healthy life?
Life is important to people. If you are not healthy, many bad things will happen. I will tell you some good habits to stay healthy.
1. Have a good eating habit.
This is important because this makes you healthy. First, eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Second, eat some rice and meat. Third, you can eat some healthy snacks, but not bad ones.
2. Try to like sports.
This is important too. You should play more sports to make you fit and healthy. First, play sports for at least one hour a day. Second, play some sports that make you fit, like soccer, basketball, running and so on.
If you do all the things I said above, you will be more healthy and fit. The more sports you do, the fitter you are. The healthier you eat, the healthier you are!
