Do you know how to live a healthy life? Let me give you some advice.

First, you should have a balanced diet. Eat plenty fruits, vegetables and enough meat every day. Try not to eat unhealthy snacks.

Second, take some exercise every day. Go jogging or rope-skipping on weekdays. And you can go swimming or play ball games at weekends. But don’t make yourself too tired.

Third, enough sleep is very important. Children need to sleep more than ten hours and adults need an eight-to-ten hour sleep at night.

What’s more, it’s necessary to be happy. Do what you have to do without complaining.
