Canton Tower is famous in Guangzhou. In Guangzhou it has a funny nickname, “Slim Waist”. Because the people think that it looks like a beautiful lady twisting her waist while looking behind.

Canton Tower is at the south bank of the Pearl River in Haizhu District. Oh, and you can get a great 360 degree view of the whole city form the Observation Deck. If you like the exciting rides. I recommend you to ride in Bubble Tram or a Sky Drop. I tried them four years ago. It’s really very exciting, especially the Sky Drop.

Canton Tower is the tallest tower in China and the third tallest tower in the world. It’s 600 meters. I forgot to say that it is one of the Eight New Sights of Guangzhou. And you can have a buffet on the 106th floor of Canton Tower. There’s also a 3D photo studio.
