                                                                  Brave Tod

Tod is a brave turtle. He helps the animals who are in need.

One day a baby rabbit came and cried, “Tod! I want to go home but there is a river on my way home. I can’t get across! ” “Don’t worry, little rabbit,” said Tod, “I can carry you across the river.” And then he and the little rabbit went to the river bank, then Tod carried the baby rabbit and swam across the large river. “Thank you, Tod.” said the rabbit. Then she hopped home happily.

Later he helped a baby cat find his mother, an elephant find his herd and a lady kangaroo find food for her two babies!

He helps animals every day and everyone likes him very much. “Thank you very much, Tod. It is very kind of you!” all the animals Tod had helped said happily to him.

What a kind, lovely and helpful turtle!
