Little Bear 二年6班 莫远臻

                                                                               Little Bear

Once upon a time, in a forest lived a little bear and his mom. One day, little bear’s mother was sick. Little bear wanted to get some honey for his mother.

This was the first time he went out by himself, so he was a little nervous. And he didn’t know where the honey was. He walked and walked until he came to a river. He saw a monkey was sitting by the bank. He asked, “Hi, little monkey. Why are you sitting here?” “I want to go to the other side of the river, but I can’t swim!” “Oh! I can swim! I’ll help you!” With the help of the little bear, the little monkey went to the other side of the river. “Where are you going, little bear?” “My mom is sick. I’m going to get some honey for her,” little bear said sadly. “I’ll go with you.”

But the little monkey also didn’t know where the honey was. They looked for the honey as they walked. When they came to a tree, the little bear said, “I think I smell the sweet honey!” “Maybe it is in this tree!” Then the little monkey climbed up the tree. “Yes! The honey is here! ” The little monkey said to the bees, “Little bees, can we have some honey? Little bear needs some honey for his sick mother.” “Sure.” Then the bees gave them some honey.

On their way home, little monkey picked many fruits and shared with little bear. The little bear went home with the honey and fruits. He said to his mother that he had not only got honey, but also had found a friend.

Later, mother bear got well. The little bear and the little monkey played together and found food together. They were good friends!
