How can we keep fit? (twelve, draw, bread)
I have a brother. He is twelve years old. He is quite crazy about bread. He has bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. He doesn’t have any other hobby but only likes drawing. And he doesn’t like exercise at all. So he is as fat as a big bear.
According to the food pyramid that I learned from an online English class, only eating grains such as rice, bread and corns is not good, because they are full of carbohydrate. We also should eat fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as meat and dairy. They are rich in different vitamins and protein which can give our body energy. Meanwhile, drawing is a good hobby but we have to do exercise like running, swimming and riding bikes every week.
Healthy food and exercise can help us keep fit!
