六年（3）班 13号  黄加罗

Last year I went to see my grandfather and grandmother. My father and I lived there with them.I liked to go to the farm.I had a good time there. I liked to help my grandfather to feed the chickens and ducks. It was great fun at the farm.

  I liked to feed the chickens best. And one day grandmother gave me a little yellow chicken.

  “You may have this little chicken for your own.”she said. “But you must feed it every day.”

  “Oh ,thank you. Grandmother.” I said happily.

  Every day I went to the farm to feed my little yellow chicken. And I gave it some water.

  Soon the holiday was over and I must go back to the city. I said “Bye” to my grandfather and grandmother. Then I ran to see my chicken. And I said goodbye to it too.Then my father and I went back to the city.

  The next year I went back to the farm. I was glad to see my grandfather and grandmother. Then I went to the chicken’s room. I looked for it here and there.But I didn’t see my chicken. Then I asked, “Grandmother, where is my chicken?” “You will see.” grandmother said. Soon, a big brown hen jumped from the nest. “Here it is .”said grandmother.

  WOW! My chicken changed into a big hen. What a big surprise!
