                           Should primary students be allowed to bring cell phones or not?

My opinion is that primary students should be allowed to bring cell phones.

First of all, it’s convenient for parents know where their children go, parents will be more reassuring.

Second, students can call their parents anytime, especially the one who stays in school each night, so it’s convenient for the students too.

Third, if there are some accidents, students are able to use their phones to call their parents and ask for help. They can call the policemen, doctors, etc to ask for help too.

Fourth, phones can help students surf the net and solve difficult problems. When the teacher is talking about something very important, but student is not fast enough to write the notes down, the phone may help him, student can use cell phone to take photos of them. So, cell phones can also help students a lot.

Fifth, apps are social necessity now, students can exercise themselves by using cell phones, they can learn to use some apps, and they can also become experienced by using these apps.

In a word, my opinion is primary students should be allowed to bring cell phones. It not only makes the life mate convenient, but also helps the students a lot.
