During the COVID-19 pandemic, we always stayed at home to avoid suffering the virus. We seldom gathered together. We always wore mask when we went outside. The goodbye way had changed into saying “Bye bye” instead of the goodbye kiss.
The big social activities have been restricted. For instance, The Tokyo Olympics has been postponed holding in 2021. The sports matches have been restricted too. In the UEFA Champions League, they hardly have spectators.
If you're missing your friends and family, we've rounded up some apps, services, and ideas that can make your isolation feel a bit less lonely. We also have advice on how to be quarantined with someone without permanently damaging your relationship. [1]
If we miss someone’s face, we can use zoom. Zoom is a meeting room. It is often used to have a meeting. It can be a good tool for teachers to continue offering classes. It can be another way to have facetime with others. It reduces our time outside. And we can still get in touch with our friends and relatives.
WeChat became the most convenient way to contact people. Many elderly people have been learning how to use it. Forecast its consumer will over 800 million in China in the end of 2020. [2]
We often stay at home and talk with our friends on cellphone now.
Above all of these, although I think the communicate style has changed, our social time didn’t reduce. So that I and my friends are still in close relation.
